Lisa and Chantal were Absolute Pleasure to Work With

Lisa and Chantal (and the staff at Fort Langley Golf Course) were an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first meeting (at the time with Sarah) we knew our wedding was in good hands with the team, they are responsive and professional. When Lisa and Chantal took over there was no change in the level of service. Lisa and Chantal answered all of our questions and concerns leading up to the day of, quickly and efficiently, and made us feel at ease during what can be a stressful day. We made a few last minute changes (such as needing napkins for the table) which Lisa took care of without hesitation. And our rehersal went smoothly and without a hitch.

On the day of Lisa and Chantal were present and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed, be it water, or snacks during the reception. They kept us appraised of the flow of the evening and any hiccups were taken care of quickly and professionally. The buffet was an absolute hit with our guests, and we very much enjoyed it ourselves. We highly recommend Lisa, Chantal and the entire team at Fort Langley who made our wedding absolutely magical.

Exceptional Experience Booking

We had an exceptional experience booking my daughter’s baptism celebration at Fort Langley Golf Course! The staff were easy to work with and very accommodating. The entire process was very smooth. We were impressed with how they continuously went over and above to ensure everyone had a good time. We especially appreciated that they pulled out a table and colouring pages to keep the kids in attendance entertained.
The food at the event was also phenomenal. Our guests were still talking about how good everything tasted days after. We will definitely book with Fort Langley Golf Course again for future events!

We had our event at Ft Langley Golf Course for 60 close relatives and friends for our mother’s 100th birthday. Right from our initial contact the staff were very helpful and offered suggestions to make this event a success. It made our decision quite easy! We had a wide range of ages and this was reflected in what we required for food and drinks etc. The staff provided great options to make this process go smoothly.

There was a misreading of the order by the chef which meant there was initially not enough sandwiches for the attendees. However, when this was mentioned the error was noted and additional sandwiches were prepared and brought out as soon as possible.

Ft Langley was very flexible when it came to making a deposit, looking at other options for food, drinks and other details we discussed. We were able to establish a cost estimate that worked for us and the final cost was well within it! We arrived early to setup the event. Your staff was there to help and provide solutions to issues that inevitably arise.

The entire experience was a great success! We could not have asked for a better party for this very special occasion. Ft Langley was a major factor for the success and we cannot thank you enough!

Thank you so much for the amazing event! And thank you sooo soo much for all your help even though it was a bit hectic. We really like how it turned out.

Also, thank you to all of your staff, the chef, and the bartender. Our guests were giving us compliments that the food is amazing and the service is excellent.

But we definitely couldn’t do all these without you two, you guys are amazing and we are so happy we chose your venue to host our wedding.

Highly Experienced & Caring Wedding Coordinators

Sarah was an amazing day-of wedding coordinator and helped to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was highly flexible and accommodating to the changes we made last minute. Sarah helped lead our dress rehearsal and it was so clear during this that she was highly experienced and amidst all the chaos was collected and professional. I felt that she took great care of me and my people and without her help and assistance guiding us during the process, we would have had a very different experience. She was a fantastic leader and any couple that decides to choose the Fort Langley Gold Course is in great hands.
